argh I get back after a few weeks when my machine was shut down and the
external hard drive (iTunes library, TM back-up) seems to be dead.
No problem. Paranoid here cloned it before going away and left the clone
at work, so into work, collect hard-drive, return home. all seems well
except that iTunes only seems to realise one in ten tracks are in the
same location (for its purposes). This is annoying. In the past I've
edited the xml version and reimported it but is there an easier way?
I've pointed it at one or two of the tracks manually but that hasn't
helped. I tried resetting it to where the library is kept to no avail
either...
