Hi

I have a white 2.16 GHz Intel iMac with 2 GB RAM which I'm thinking of
increasing. I'm aware that the maximum RAM is 3 GB. Is it ok just to remove one
of the 1 GB modules and insert a 2 GB (eg by Crucial) in it's place or is it
better/worth it ( as I've read elsewhere) to replace both 1 GB modules with 2GB?

If I do go ahead with this upgrade in what way will the performance improve?

Many thanks,

Richard
