If they're on the same network just turn file sharing on on one of the Macs, 
then connect from the other one and drag and drop the files directly.

System prefs > sharing > personal file sharing

On the other mac > look in the shared section in the left sidebar of any finder 
window > click the other mac's name > click on connect as > type the username 
and password for the other mac > select to share the home folder

You can then transfer the entire iTunes folder to the same place on the other 
mac.
