Thanks Ranulph. I have tried all that, but the result is not satisfactory. Not 
only is it littered with ugly little black symbols, but but it insists on 
printing for a true pocket-address book size (even though I set it for A4) and 
ends up deleting whole chunks of some of the addresses.
