Hi Sam, Thanks for that. Choosing "Mailing labels" as a Style does indeed produce nicely arranged addresses – exactly as I want the printed address book to look – but, unfortunately, it doesn't include phone numbers and email addresses.
I still think that the only way I am going to get what I am after might be to export my Address Book to another program and go from there. Can you think of an suitable program? Also, if I do export the Address Book, presumably I would merely be copying the Address Book (i.e. I will still have it on Mail) – is that correct?
