Contact your hosting company (where the co.uk is located) as quickly as
you can.
They will probably have a backup of the mail area of his account on the
server.

I've got a friend who is frantic about losing some emails details below. I seem

"I've just got my brother to delete all his emails of the (Co Name) server as
his mailbox was full. Despite my assurances to the contrary he has lost all
these emails i.e. they are evidently not in his Outlook/Outlook Express
anymore.
This is a big issue as they need to be kept for compliance reasons, do you know of
