Hi
I have only just read this post as I am away at moment, anyhow forensically
webmail is nearly impossible to recover unless you contact the administrator,
but if its a windows machine using outlook the recovery is more likely as
outlook saves emails in a dbx format and dbx files can be recovered using a
tool for instance called DBXTRACT.exe (windows versoin) I think its free.
I unfortunately cannot help because I do not return to work until Tuesday and I
am swamped as it is, but I can recommend a good forensic company called 'GEEK'
we outsource none critical jobs to them, they are based at sussex university
and they are very good.

If you want more advice email me off list and I will try to advise if I can.
