Well, I caved in and got the 15" MacBook Pro 1GB ATI, put my SSD in, reinstalled the OS from the DVD to include the new drivers, restarted and…….
This thing is fast…. Wow! Boot time is quicker even than the previous MBP's 14 seconds. Applications launch instantly. World of Warcraft is smoother… errr I mean my work Apps like Coda and Safari run faster then ever. Microsoft Office 2011 still churns away like surly child, unwilling to follow even the most basic of commands. I'm going to enjoy this laptop!
