Hi, My wife purchased two albums last night via her iphone 3gs When she connected her phone to her Macbook Pro today she was prompted that there was a software update and that there were purchased items on the phone which needed to be transferred to the lap top. She cancelled the software update and opted to transfer the music.
However, on checking her lap top later, only one album had transferred, and the other album is no longer showing on her phone, so it would appear that this had been lost. Her itunes account shows that both albums were purchased, but before she contacts Apple about the issue, we were just wondering if there is a way to resolve this that we are missing?
