There are versions of the elgato stick that have their own aerials (not great), and for cable, as well as for freeview and a normal aerial.
They are a great buy. Be prepared to add a hard disc for saving programs you want to keep, and also to pay for the tv listings after the first year (if I remember right, about £15).
