Yes, for £61 you can extend up to 2 years provided it is less than one year
old (i.e. still under original one year warranty) - check out this link:

O2 also have an insurance scheme - but it is more expensive (£15/mth) and
covers a lot more, and it probably needs to be taken out when iPhone is new.
