Hi Andrew With the speed of modern software on PowerPC laptops, you're wasting any money spent trying to speed things up. Any sites like youtube or iPlayer will not work satisfactorily at all, even with 1GB RAM.
The internal slot on a PowerBook G4 Titanium is upgradable with a PC-133 144pin SODIMM, each slot can hold 512MB.
