I bought an Asus eee a couple of years ago to do basic editing on when I was 
travelling and didn't want to take the brick that is my MBP 17".

It's ok, if you have to be in that world. I got the 10" screen, which was 
important. I'm afraid I got in in Australia, so I can't tell you about prices, 
etc, I still use it, on occasion, but doubt I will any more, since I had to buy 
an air book to keep working.
