As I'm currently living a semi-nomadic life without an ISP, I'm using GMail as my main email account with the address <[email protected]> set as the alias. On my Macbook I use Sparrow as the mail client. It allows me to use the pobox address as an alias.
I'm trying to do the same thing using the Mail app on my iPhone. It's set up to use both my GMail and Mobile Me accounts and I can't change the 'From' address on either from the standard address that comes with the account. In the interests of maintaining continuity and keeping non pobox.com addresses free of spam etc. is there a way I can set one of the accounts to give my 'From' address as the pobox one?
