Hi Philippe

You can set the Default email address in gmail as your pobox.com address, then
configure the account manually on your iPhone as a generic imap account, with
your gmail username & password and your pobox.com address as the email address.

Incoming server : imap.gmail.com
Outgoing server : smtp.gmail.com

You'll get all your email twice if you keep the normal gmail account on your
iPhone, but you can always remove the gmail account and replace it with the
imap account then swap back when you're less nomadic.

Regards

Sam
