Same thing I'm afraid. I got caught out when I bought Things for the iPad on my me.com account then had to re-purchase it under my macambulance.co.uk account. I used to be able to just enter my me.com password when updating, but after the iOS 4.2 update I wasn't able to anymore, had to delete and re-purchase!
