HI Gilly - I too thought that I would wait a little while to install Lion, in case of any teething problems.
But then I changed my mind and decided I couldn't wait. I installed it yesterday without any problems, and I'm very impressed. It looks so beautiful - worth it for the new iCal and Address Book alone, I think. Front Row doesn't appear in Lion, but it can be reinstalled via this site - http://www.mac-hatter.com/blog/frontrowenablerforlion Everything is working splendidly as far as I can see.
