which one? Eg if you have one without firewire (the first unibody
laptops) it's a different answer.
You should also think just how professional you want this and what
quality. HD? Youtube? Will you be filming short or longish clips (DV
cameras have finite battery power and it sounds like you'll be outside...!)
Give us more detail and it'll be easier to give specific answers instead
of general ones.
(does the newer generation of iMovie read DVcameras, by the way, anyone?
I only ever used one with the 'old' iMovie...)
