I've had these guys on the phone dozens of times, though thankfully not for a 
few weeks. Sad to say, I've played along with them for a minute or so as it's 
so funny. They haven't told me that they were from MS though, just that they 
"had been monitoring issues with my Windows PC and they could tell that I was 
having problems with crashes and viruses".
