This has happened to me a few times over the years with about 290 songs and it's very annoying. It culminated in the worst 'support' calls and emails with Apple which did eventually resolve it.
In my case I downloaded a whole lot of music on a previous Apple ID and it was only those songs it would no longer play. I had to authorise it to play that ID's music too but I had forgotten the password and I no longer had the email account and … oh it's all too painful. So, select a song it won't play/sync in iTunes, then Get Info and then authorise your computer using the old Apple ID and password. If you are in the same place as I was an can't remember the password and don't use the account you will need to contact Apple and get them to change the password for it so that you can. Best of luck.
