Good news Phil.

I asked my self those two questions over and over and …. during the three 
nightmarish weeks that Apple took to sort it out. It was as bad as NTL and that 
is saying something …

The thing is this Authorisation issue has happened two times since I changed my 
Apple ID and, apart from obviously when I changed my Apple ID, I've never found 
what has triggered it.
