I've had Lion running on a white MacBook for several weeks and its been as if
it has had viagra - better performance than it ever had with Snow Leopard.

Our MacBook fan has been especially quiet with Lion - had to check it was
working (it is). Spins up a bit with iMovie ut not excessively so.
