A bit more information, on what particularly disadvantages you, might attract a useful response. I haven't had to change my daily workflow at all after moving to Lion - emails, page layout activities, web site content updates, report writing, etc. Many of the changes that Lion introduced can be modified and there are plenty of articles around that set out what to do - try MacOSXhints.com for starters. it may be apposite but 'Think Different' comes to mind in approaching Lion.
