I have no personal experience of Lion. The computers at work are too old to
take Lion, and that alone says good things about the quality of Apple
products . . . how many PCs would have lasted 7+ years in a design studio?

Normally I jump at the chance to play with a new OS, but at the present time
I am sticking with Snow Leopard on my home computer.

In memory of Steve Jobs, Apple should work to convert people like me and
convince me that Lion would be a positive advantage. I have even read that
people are saying Lion is Apple's Vista . . . surely it can't be that bad,
can it?
