Try the following : Quit Mail Go to your home folder > Library > Mail > (If you're on Lion go to V2 > MailData) Move the Envelope Index (and similarly named files) to the Desktop/Trash/anywhere that's not the Mail folder Move the AlreadyDownloaded.plist (I think it's called something like that) file to the Desktop also. Open Mail, let it re-catalogue your emails and then try getting emails again. Regards
