My iMac has frozen. Someone else was using it ( as Guest User). It froze so When he told me I tried to get out of Guest User onto my main user account. No luck. I have pressed the On/Off button a few times and unplugged it. I then tried resetting PRAM by holding down PR and alt and Command on boot-up. No luck. I can get to the users' screen. The mouse shows up and moves around, but I can't get a response when I click on my user icon. If I press the return Key I get a dull chime a few moments later....
My knowledge is exhausted. Hope you can help as usual!
