At the risk of sounding complacent, all computers are likely to have a problem 
of one kind or other at some time, so if a computer is mission critical to your 
work, shouldn't we have a strategy for when it happens.
This might include a spare second-hand machine with access to data on an 
external disk or maybe the Cloud.
