Hi Gilly I use a brother 'all in one' printer, which works well for photo printing [A4] scanning and copy work. It has lasted me longer than all my previous printer's, I also by cheap compatible ink from Amazon which work fine.
Look at the cost of consumables for any printer, a big issue, as buying the manufacturers ink will usually cost more than the printer after a year.
