I'm trying to restore my son's iPad 2 as he did something to it (I think
he tried to upgrade the OS although I don't know how without the
password). I've had several error messages which didn't explain the
error but my hard disk is quite full so it might have ben that. I
eventually managed to restore it but it is still not working and I'm
getting the image of a cable and the iTunes icon on the iPad screen. Any
clues as to how to sort this out?
