If you hover cursor to the right of the menu entry it will give you a show/hide

Dear All,

I am lost in the changes google has introduced to its gmail. I cannot find how
to delete anything. I'm looking to empty my inbox and spam box completely. Does
anyone know how to do this?

Thanks,

Ranulph
