You’ll need a 2.5” USB enclosure to put your old drive in, then clone the data 
back using Carbon Copy Cloner. Hold ALT when booting, choose your old drive (in 
the USB enclosure) to boot from, use Disk Utility to erase the SSD then use 
Carbon Copy Cloner to copy the data over.
