I'd never consider any other supplier than Zen (and we've experienced BT
before!)
The speed is consistent and reliable. Support (if you need it) is
excellent and its in the UK (no overseas call centre).
On the face of it, Zen may seem expensive and BT's 'opening deal' always
looks inviting. But then factor in that BT push their prices up around
once a year (if not more often) and that Zen prices are unchanged in all
the years we've used them. We also have our phone service from Zen too.

To be honest, my experience with BT has been OK. Not the fastest but
very few problems over the last 10 years or so. Like JK I use Devolo
powerline thingies to extend coverage through the house.
