I used to be with BT and I would not recommend them either.  I had to many 
outages for my liking. Then it would go slow too. No ISP is perfect I’ve tried 
too many of them to be sure of that statement. I am now with the rather 
expensive Zen no restrictions very few outages. They cost a lot but at least 
there customer service is good and its support line is very good too.  They are 
Which? recommended suppliers.  They win hands down on every single review.
