Hi Smuggers, I am completely baffled by this and so it seems are Apple Support and ISP Zen. I have spent hours on the phone with both of them. MBP works like a dream if i take it round to my neighbour, but at home it works intermittently and also won’t connect to the printer. Zen says something is trying to upload which is clogging up system. Apple says there is no fault on the computer. My guess is that problem has been caused at the weekend when we had a family event. Two grandsons each videoed it on their phones. One transferred his video to the MBP. I have played it and it works fine. The other grandson also transferred his video to the MBP but i cannot see any trace of it. Could this be causing the problem? But if so, why does MBP work at my neighbours? Virginia
