Zen are sending me a new router. They say my problems with WiFi could be
caused by faulty router. Apple is adamant that my MBP is working
satisfactorily. If they are proved wrong I will send you, Sam, data from
Activity Monitor for your advice. Hopefully this won’t be necessary.
Incidentally, a friend said to me that to reset router you need to turn it off
for at least 28 minutes so that it resets at exchange as well. Has anybody
else come across this advice? Since doing this the router is working better.
