Do you have iCloud Photo Library enabled and is the large video imported into your Photos library?
Which internet-enabled devices do you have in your house? Does the problem go away if you close the lid of your laptop, are other devices able to go online properly? If you open Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor > click the Network tab > click the ‘Sent Bytes’ column so it’s sorted by the amount of data sent by a process, with the largest at the top, give it half an hour or so to build up some data then what’s in the top 5 of the list?
