The Smart Folio doesn’t have a button for showing a keyboard onscreen, it’s 
just automatically managed by iOS. You can dismiss the editing bar at at the 
bottom of the screen when using the physical keyboard but there’s no way to 
show the onscreen keyboard when the smart folio is attached (and registered via 
the port on the back as opposed to Bluetooth)
