Morning Smuggers, back-up solution suggestions. About to become a “mixed economy” IT household. Mostly apple products, all but one of which back up to iCloud.
But my wife has a new MacBook Pro and my daughter is about to have a new MS surface for school. Both use a variety of cloud services for file storage of one sort or another. I am thinking more about making sure that we also have a “disk image” for them. For those two, what’s the easiest/most convenient way to back them (the devices) up? I don’t mind if cloud or on site but both need to be automatic. External hdd plus time machine the obvious easy solution for MacBook but what about the surface? Long time since I’ve had to admin a windows product at home.
