Me too - I have been a BackBlaze user for about 5 years. I have not had any 
catastrophes in that time so not had reason to call on it in a big way. I have 
on occasion though needed a file that is resident on my home Mac whilst I am 
away and the download process through the browser is very easy and efficient.
