My Canon TS5050 which has behaved beautifully over the past 3 years has decided not to scan. I get error message :
Scanner reported an error A required file is missing or corrupted, or settings are incorrect. Try the installation again. Can Smuggers advise me how to do this? I have looked at IJ Scan utility but am none the wiser. How do I install the scanner again?
