Hello. When I tether my iphone to my imac with a lightning usb cable I keep getting a finder dialogue box which looks like the attached picture. Photos is able to see the phone and take images off of it but I cannot open the iphone in the finder in order to change sync settings or anything like that and so I cannot open it in music to sync audio files and playlists. I have an ipad which I have managed to tether successfully to the imac and which opens up immediately in the finder window. Any ideas why the iphone hangs like this?
