Glad Sam helped, as ever, with the tried and tested off/on again, as ever!
Reminds me of an old family friend of my parents generation who was a TV 
engineer back in the 80s, when TV engineers helped install and problem 
solve in your home. 
95% of his callouts were resolved with unplug/plug in/voila!
Tech has changed so much, and somehow, not so much!
