Careful Jen.  I had to read that one twice to get at what you were saying.  At first read, it *appeared* you were slamming Angela but after I read it again I understood what you were saying is that an adult going out in a car and hitting someone is in a different category than what this kid did.  That's not how it came across though....

What I don't understand is why no one feels that a kid on a bike has to obey rules of the road and rights of way the same as anyone else on the road. I know....I'll just go out in my car and start hitting people.
