On your laptop try browsing without signing
on to AOL. In other words, click the blue E on the desktop and see if you
can go somewhere.
2) Check that your AOL connection screen is
set to connect via broadband connection.
3) It may be that AOL is interpreting
the routers connection as a login, and not allowing a 2nd login. Even
though AOL 9.0 is supposed to allow simultaneous logins while connected to a
router. I haven't been able to get that to work, but I assumed it was
because I wasn't connected directly to AOL. You may have to ask them how
to make that "feature" work.

I can't sign on to AOL with my
laptop but it tells me in my network connections I have a strong
connection.
