If you were single and began to feel strongly attracted to someone you saw regularly at work, would you be inclined to avoid or seek romantic involvement? Do you think it is important to avoid mixing business and romance?  If you and an employee of yours became lovers, do you think you would be able to keep your professional and personal interactions separate?
