If I were single, I would be inclined to seek involvement.
 
Nah, it's not important to keep business and romance separate...in most cases.
If I had an employee that I became involved with, it might be tough in some situations to keep professional and personal interactions separate.
I might try on some things to keep them separate.
I don't know what ways it would be difficult to work for someone I loved...except for maybe taking criticism for my work from them.
