1. You either run a business or a hobby. A business run as a hobby may linger a while, but usually ends up going out of business as customers drift away. I admit that trying to make a living out of this hobby is a challenge. Regarding Email: since the only way to know if an Email is an order or not is to open it. I suspect that all the Emails get opened, and in a dark mood, suggest the ones not associated with with an order (fresh money) may get trashed, perhaps depending on what the opener had for breakfast, or some other silly personal reason.
2. I did not mean to have Email undeliverable, but rather state in the ads, no Email accepted or no Email address. Hey, big companies do that. Try contacting AT&T Broadband by Email. 3. Yes it is important. I recently built a pricy 2-meter ship and set the starting CG a whole 1/2 inch behind the CG shown on the plans, and then added loose lead to bring it to the shown CG as a starting point. I also mounted a tow hook and skeg based upon the plan shown CG. Who would have dreamed the flyable CG was a whole inch+ behind that shown on the plan. On first launch the plane was damn near unflyable. Since this plane has been around for a couple of years, there is no excuse for not correcting the plans and instructions. And yes, I did bitch and yes, there never was any response to my complaint and suggestions from either the reseller or the foreign manufacture.
