I am a full supporter of the Dremel people. Having owned up to 6 of these at one time, ahving sent them back to be repaired and / or relaced, their service is next to no one.
I have 2 unit that were replace for 28 bucks with new ones...
gotta love it.
Yes, There are cheaper deals out there, MAYBE better rotary tools, but I doubt it, In the LONG run
