Got a friend with a PC in an inner room, and a friendly neighbor across a courtyard, willing to share wireless SSDI & KEY. problem is where antenna could go, is about 40' from the PC. I know the 802.11 USB dongles are a OK way to get the antenna some signal, but USB is only good for 10' or so. Ethernet is good for +80' which would fine, but what kind of client could go at the remote end?
