Here's 3 other ham/fcc requirements you must consider:
1. You are only allowed to transmit the power necessary to effect the communications, which means in essence you aren't allowed 1500 watts to communicate across the street.
2. You must have a control operator present (or means to control) while transmissions are going on.
3. You must ID your call sign every 10 minutes on the frequency.
